Synopsis

A disgraced former LAPD detective, Charlie Waldo (Hunnam), has been living in solitude for years. But his solitude is broken when his ex-lover, Lorena (Baccarin), comes to him for help.

Lorena is the producer of a television show starring Alistair Pinch (Gibson), a famous actor who has been accused of murdering his wife.

Waldo initially resists Lorena's request for help, but he eventually agrees to investigate the case.

Waldo soon discovers that Pinch is not guilty of murder. But as they investigate the case further, they uncover a dark conspiracy that involves corrupt cops, politicians, and businessmen.

Waldo and Lorena must race against time to expose the conspiracy and bring the real killer to justice.
